Agricultural Economics Society One-day conference

“New approaches to policy and economics in animal health”

Developments in England and at EU level are changing the environment for farm animal health policy.
This conference will explore the role of economics in the new landscape and discuss economic analysis that adds value to policy‑making in key areas such as: cost and responsibility sharing, surveillance, bio security, disease
management and compensation. The event will interest policy‑makers, economists, veterinarians, scientists and social scientists working on farm animal health.
